Brixton William Tice

Brixton William Tice was born on April 10, 2018 in Bedford, Texas. He became one of God’s precious angels on May 1, 2024 at the age of 6.

Brixton was the most precious bright light in those who knew him. He brought so much joy to his family. During his time with us on earth, Brixton enjoyed regular outings to the Fort Worth Zoo (his happy place), attending volleyball games, listening to his cousins playing, and snuggling in his mother's arms. Brixton loved music, bed time stories, bath time, being at the gym or ball fields, going to Rangers and Stars games, swinging for hours, all things Disney, especially Lion King and Moana. Walt Disney World and the beach were a few of his favorite vacations and any Disney song, especially if from The Lion King, brought a smile to his face. He had an infectious smile and a laugh that would melt your heart. Music was his preferred mode of communication as he and his mother sang together often. Brixton's on-the-go personality allowed his family to create many memories that they will hold dear to their hearts.

He was courageous as a lion and strong as the ocean and didn’t let anything hold him back. He brought joy to everyone’s lives that got to know him, he was a show stopper everywhere he went. He was all of his family’s pride and joy. Although their time with Brixton was short, they find peace in knowing he is healed and resting in the arms of Jesus.

Brixton is survived by his mother, Courtney Lamkin Tice of North Richland Hills; father, Robby Tice and wife, Hayley of Fort Worth and their daughter, half- sister, Priscilla Tice; maternal grandparents, William “Bill” Lamkin and Leigh Lamkin; paternal grandparents, Cliff Tice and Nikki Nance; great grandparents, Jim and Sharon Walters and Steve and Peggy Nance; uncles, Taylor Lamkin, Ryan Tice and wife, Lili, and Kevin Tice; aunt, Noelle Tice; cousins, Ryleigh, Leighton, Gabriel, Rose, Everlee, Arielle, and Kinzy; numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Friday, May, 10, 2024 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, May 11, 2024 also at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
