Linda Anderson of Lindale, Texas passed away peacefully on February 28, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She will always be loved and adored as a selfless, giving mother to all that knew her. She was an EVERY person mom. She just loved ya. Didn’t even have to be hers…she just loved.
Linda was born in Fort Worth on March 11, 1946 to Simon Lamar and Veda Sedalia Conn. She grew up in Oak Cliff where she went to Sunset High School. She was blessed to meet and marry Donald Ray Anderson in 1964. She enjoyed playing tennis at Oak Cliff country club, gardening and her flowers, traveling with her family, and shopping. She worked with Donald in his building business and became a very talented decorator.
Linda is survived by her daughter and best friend Lori Anderson-Stokes; three sons: James Anderson and wife Michelle, Donnie Anderson and wife Jennifer, and Ronnie Anderson; eight grandchildren: Luke and wife Jessica, Jake, Bo, Landon, Paige, Mackenzie, Madison and Dylan; three great grandchildren: Colt, Aubrey and Easton; two brothers: Paul Conn and wife Debbie, and Robert Conn; five nieces: Jennifer, Andrea, Kellie, Julie and Courtney; nephew Brandon; and her sister-in-law Betty Anderson.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband Donald Anderson; her mother and father Sedalia and Simon Lamar; brothers: Ronnie Conn and Phil Conn; and niece Elizabeth.
