Manny Wood

Mansel (Manny) Monroe Wood Jr. passed away on October 5, 2020 in Grand Prairie, TX while at work. He was only 51 years old. He was born on September 7, 1969 in Fairfax, Virginia to Mansel Monroe Wood Sr. and the late Barbara Jo (Devor) Wood. He traveled the world with his family as the son of a U.S. Marine, experiencing life in Thailand, Okinawa, Spain, Virginia and Kansas.
Manny was a gentle giant, extremely intelligent, funny and kind-hearted. Throughout his adult life, he was known for being a hard worker. He was a cat lover, and leaves behind his black cat, Roxy, to keep his dad company. He was an avid AC/DC/rock-n-roll fan and had extensive record and comic book collections.
We hope Manny knew how much he was loved and how much he will be missed.
