Robert “Bob” Dennis, 84 of Hurst passed away June 16 in Hurst.
Visitation: Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst; Service: Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at Lucas Hurst Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Arwine Cemetery in Bedford.
Mr. Dennis was born August 19, 1932 in Shamrock, TX to Clarence and Flora Dennis. He worked as a mechanic for American Airlines. He loved antiques and was previous owner of Burleson Old Towne Collectibles.
Mr. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Bobbie and second wife Sandra; daughter Denise; grandchildren Brent Dennis and Chris Dennis and brother Joel.
Mr. Dennis is survived by his sons Craig (Debbie) Dennis, Steve (Cheryl) Dennis and Curt (Sherry) Dennis; 13 grandchildren; plus many great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
His smile was infectious. He was a wonderful father, friend and was loved by all those that came in contact with him.
