Ada June Stephens

Ada Stephens, of Euless, Texas passed away early morning on December 24, 2024. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to all those who knew and loved her.

 She was well read, loved sewing formal wear for all the kids and her favorite thing to do was travel; spending her retirement years traveling and seeing the world. She loved her family especially her grand children and great grandchildren whom she adored.

Ada was born September 16, 1939 in Dallas, Texas to Virginia Jennings and Oscar Wortham. Ada is survived by her daughters; Cheryl and Sandra, sisters; Minnee and Vicki, grandchildren; Kristi, Colleen, Shaina, Kathryn, Jessica and Sean, and great-grandchildren; Kinley, Jackson, Mackenzie, Adrienne, Lucas, James, Harper, Lillian, Reese, Rhoewen, Hailey, McKenna, Rhyker and Sophia.

Ada was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Russell, her son; Russell Jr., Parents; Virginia and Oscar, sisters; Beverley, Mary and Ruby. 

The memorial service for Ada will be held at 2:00pm January 9, 2024 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst Texas.
