Aldo Mae Johnson Hueber was born in Souix Falls, South Dakota on December 11th, 1919. "She was the second to youngest in a family of seven children, Dennis, Astor, Joy Cecilia, Doris, Lelia, and youngest brother Samuel Calvin. Aldy grew up on their family farm all threw grade school. After graduating high school she went to work on the Military Base as a secretary. This is where she met her husband, Harold Thorp Hueber, as a young Sargent. The two were wed on November 5th, 1944. Shortly after they moved to New Jersey and then onto Connecticut. They had 3 children, oldest son Alvin Harold was born on April 4th 1954, middle daughter Deborah Jean was born on June 14th 1955, and youngest daughter Carey Marie on February 3rd 1962.
Andy was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Mary Johnson, her husband Harold Thorp, and her eldest child Alvin Harold. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Jean Hueber Robinson of Florida and Carey Marie Hueber Michel and her husband Brian P Michel of Texas. Along with four grandchildren, Santina Marie Robinson Kingsley and her husband Ryan. Adam Thorp Michel, Seth Alvin Michel, and Kodi Marie Michel Truhn and her husband Augustin. And one great grandchild, Sawyer Louise Truhn. Aldy has many nieces and nephews in New Jersey and South Dakota. She was a lover of the arts, mostly acrylic painting and a devoted Lutheran.
