It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Alexa Manette Hernandez.

Alexa was born December 12, 1998 in Irving Texas and passed away unexpectedly on September 21, 2023 in Louisiana. She graduated in 2017 from Northwest High School in Justin and then attended Ogle Beauty School in 2018.

Growing up she enjoyed playing soccer and listening to music. As an adult she loved playing and spending time with her daughter, Iris.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Edward (Eddie) Montemayor

Alexa is survived by her beloved daughter, Iris Manette Peterson; loving parents, Erika and Nathan West, Mario Hernandez and Eliza Deloera; brothers, Matthew Hernandez, Allonso Hernandez and Estin West; sisters, Jenna West, Maria Deloera and Tatum Hernandez; grandparents, Jimmy and Jana Fry and Russell and Debbie West and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
