Amber Grace Lokelani (Miller) Washington, age 28, Passed away January 27, 2023. She was born January 14, 1995 in Nanpohnmal, Sokehs, Pohnpei. She graduated from Bryon Nelson High School Class of 2013. She received a Medical Assistant Certification 2020 from College of Health Care Professionals. Amber was employed at Harvest Assisted Living & Memory Care of Roanoke, Texas as a Med Tech and Caregiver. Amber was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints.
Amber came to live with her parents in Pearl City, Hawaii just after she turned 10 and was adopted the same year (2005). The family moved to Texas in 2009. Amber met her husband Adolphus (AJ) in the fall of 2009 and once she locked eyes on him, she determined that he was the one. They began dating late in 2010. She married the love of her life and had their son, Jeremiah, in 2016. Jeremiah brought her so much happiness and was very proud of him. Amber enjoyed target practice at the gun range, good food, movies, movie nights at home, and board games with her son.
Amber preceded in death by: Elwihter Peter her biological mother, and John R. McTee, Jr, her grandfather.
She is survived by: husband Adolphus Washington and son Jeremiah Washington, grandmother Valentine McTee, parents Christopher and Randalynne Miller, sisters Autumn (Ruben) Avila, Hannah (Chase) Gilmore, Janae Miller, brothers Christopher Miller, John Miller, Benjamin Miller
