Survivors: Husband, William "Will" Withem; son, Nicholas Ryan Withem; daughter, Olivia Meredith Withem; parents, Troyce Ray Frazier, and wife Jerree, Glenda Sissel, and husband Michael; brother Charles Hice; sisters, Jennifer Bernstein, and husband Bruce, Jennifer Gabbert, and husband Darran; and many other loving family and friends.
