Andrea Gerstner

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Andrea "Andi" Gerstner, born on September 10, 1944, to Magalena Pauline Billinger Gerstner and Michael Gerstner. Following a life dedicated to love, family, and passion, she departed from this world on July 10, 2024.

Andi's educational journey led her through Sacred Heart Catholic School in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, and the Sisters of St. Joseph in Chicago, Illinois. She embraced a deep love for sports, particularly for the Texas Rangers, embodying unwavering loyalty and devotion in all aspects of her life.

Fondly remembered for her vibrant spirit and warm companionship, Andrea leaves behind a legacy cherished by her surviving relatives: her daughters Anna VanGoey, Brenda Veal, and her son, William Orozco; grandchildren, Reanna Brock and Andria VanGoey, alongside her brothers, Rudy and his wife Kathie, and Ed, and his wife, Carlyne.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm, Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Lucas Funeral Home, 1601 South Main St., Keller, Texas 76248 with a rosary beginning at 7 pm. Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, July 22, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2016 Willis Lane, Keller, Texas 76248.

Andrea's indelible impact on those around her will continue to resonate, recalling the joy, warmth, and compassion she shared generously throughout her life. May she find eternal peace in the embrace of our memories and the love that endures in our hearts.
