Anita Carolyn Rose, born February 19, 1965, in Cheverly, Maryland to Ella Ruth Burrows, and William Clyde Burrows, passed away on February 11, 2020, in Haltom City, Texas.
Anita grew up in South Carolina and was raised with her siblings, Dorothy Thompson, Wanda Montgomery, Ella Rousey, Patti Rogers, Randy Free, and Becky Britt. Anita graduated from Union County High School and The University of South Carolina Union. She was an administrator for a local bottling company and was passionate about her work. Some of Anita's hobbies included feeding the birds that visited her home and tending to her garden. Anita was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family. Anita is preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Thompson and Wanda Montgomery.
She is survived by her husband Robert Brooks, and her two children, Alan Rose and Adam Rose.
A celebration of life service will be held in her honor at Lucas Funeral Home 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst Texas 76053 on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2 p.m. Anita will be missed and her memories honored.
