Anne Elizabeth Sanders

Anne E. Sanders passed away on July 27, 2022. Anne was born on October 24, 1942 in Utica, New York to the late William T. Tudor and the late Evelyn M. Tudor.

She leaves her husband of 40 years, Richard M. Sanders of Hurst, Texas; her sister, Adele Jones of Erie, Pennsylvania; and two children, John a Bertlesman of Saginaw, Texas and Kimberly A. Matanga of Fort Worth, Texas; and a stepson, Mark R. Sanders of Fort Worth, Texas. Anne also leaves 6 grandchildren: Alysia Marie Krambeck, Abigayle Leigh Bertlesman, Joshua Matanga, Mary Elizabeth Keegan, Deborah Ann Cooper, and Michael Bertlesman; and 3 great-grandchildren: Conner Robert Keegan, Colin Sean Keegan, and Elizabeth Mary Cooper. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert T Bertlesman of Plainview, New York and her sister, Charlotte Linke of New Hartford, New York.

She was employed by Kohls in Hurst, Texas, at Cost Clothing in Dallas, Texas, Fidelity Bank in Wake Forest, North Carolina and Nichols in New Hartford, New York.

A viewing and visitation will be at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a Mass to be celebrated at St Michael Catholic Church in Bedford, Texas at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 4 at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas Texas at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
