Annette Goolsby

KELLER -- Annette Renee Goolsby, 46, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, after a battle with cancer.        Service: 10 a.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God, 3800 Highway 121, Bedford. Cremation will follow. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller.        She was an outstanding homemaker, wife and mother, and was loved by everyone who knew her. She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorene Jacobs; and father, Roy Jacobs Sr.        Survivors: Brother, Roy Jacobs Jr.; mother, Margaret Jacobs; husband, Michael; daughters, McKenzie, 14, and McKayla, 13; son, Jacob, 7; father-in-law, George; mother-in-law, Melody; and sister-in-law, Honey.
