Anthony Arnold "Tony" Fast, 72, of Keller TX, went to be in the arms of the Lord on April 30, 2024. Tony was born on August 2, 1951 to loving parents Arnold Abe Fast and Virginia Fast in Washington D.C.
Tony served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1977 and was honorably discharged as a sergeant, and reenlisted again from 1981 to 1986 as a contractor. He later worked for the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington D.C, and later transferred to Ft. Worth, Texas where he retired in 2017. He celebrated a long and successful 33-year career, where he was the chief stationary engineer of the facility.
Tony had so many various passions in life that ranged from hunting wild game to customizing all of his favorite possessions, which included everything from his guns to his cars, trucks, and several Harley motorcycles. He loved to kick back and watch NASCAR and football, was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, and he loved listening to the blues. He would often times pull out a harmonica from his pocket to play along to his favorite tunes.
He is preceded in death by his parents and by one grandson, Trevor Greenman.
He is survived by his loving wife Karen; son Mike Greenman (Eve); son Chris Greenman (Kimberly); daughter Tracy Fast; son Spence Fast (Mandi); daughter Lindsey Colston; daughter Leslie Fast; step-daughter Lauren Berry (Trevor), and stepson Philip Tirelli (Michelle). He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one sister, Robin Fast Sabolcik.
