HALTOM CITY -- Arlene Holloway, 75, passed away Monday, February 23. Service: 2pm Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Visitation: 6-8 pm Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Arlene was a fun loving, joyful person. She was loved by everyone who knew her and 2nd Mom to many.Arlene was a fun loving, joyful person. She was loved by everyone who knew her and a 2nd mom to many. She welcomed everyone into her house with open arms, a smile on her face, and food on the table. Arlene’s sense of humor was second to none, she was always looking for the next joke to tell and was known for her personalized gag gifts that made the receiver feel ever so special. She loved to tell stories and act them out by always adding that comedic flare that only she could. Survivors: Son, Jim Holloway and his wife, Tammie; Daughters, Roma Ramer and Karla Scheibelhut and her husband, Gil , 5 Grandchildren, 4 Great-grandchildren, 5 Brothers and 1 Sister.
