Barbara Elizabeth Arnosky, 80, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017.
Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Sunday in Lucas Funeral Home Chapel. After services the family will receive friends. All are welcome.
Barbara was born September 13, 1937 in McKinleyville, West Virginia to the late Bill and Elizabeth Toth. She spent her early years growing up and living in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Barbara married Joe in 1957 and shared her life with him and their two sons in Ohio, Alabama and Keller, Texas where they lived until Joe passed in 2015. She worked for law firms and engineering firms throughout her life. Barbara enjoyed traveling, painting, and gardening. She was quite proud of her Hungarian ancestry and took several trips to Hungary and spent time researching her family history. When not traveling she kept herself busy with reading things that challenged her intellect and piqued her curiosity. This curiosity led her to being an early adopter of computer technology. Barbara enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren, sister, great niece and nephew, many family members and her neighbors and friends at Silver Sneakers.
Survivors: Sons, Steven and wife, Carol and Richard and wife, Nicole; sister, Donna and husband, Henry; and four grandchildren, Sarah, Justin, Nathan and Spencer.
