Barbara Louise Jester

Barbara Louise Isaac Jester, 80, of Roanoke, Texas, passed away peacefully in the early morning of Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 in Grapevine.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 9th, at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 8th, at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas. Burial will be at Bourland Cemetery, in Keller, Texas.Barbara was born on September 19th, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Ray Isaac and Miley Isaac. She was a life-long member of Florence Holiness Church. Barbara retired after 32 years from the office of Dr. Robert Cook, DDS. Barbara is preceded in death by her son, Kelley Ray Jester; parents, Ray Issac and Miley Isaac; and brothers Edward Lee, David Gerald, and James Gregory. Barbara is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jody Jester, of Roanoke, Texas; granddaughter, Trijé Allen and husband, Bryan, of Mineral Wells, Texas; three great grandchildren; brother, Billy Isaac, of Roanoke, Texas; sister, Betty Jacobs, of Roanoke, Texas; sister, Tricia Hight Martin and husband, James, of Anchorage, Alaska; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
