-- Barbara GaiL Owens, 76, passed in peace on June 22, 2016 joining her late children Kathy Lowry & Alan Kitterman. Survived by her grandchildren Amanda & Brandon Christopher; son Jim Kitterman and brother Bill Jones. Celebration of life for Gail will take place Saturday, July 16th at 11 AM at The Villas, 8009 Davis Blvd., North Richland Hills.
