Bernice Azamar

Bernice Alice Azamar was born on May 30, 1933, in Buffalo, New York. She passed away peacefully on February 16, 2025 at the age of 91 in Southlake, Texas.

She relocated from Buffalo, New York to Texas in 1952 and worked at Bell Helicopter for 58 years. She loved working with her friends at Bell Helicopter in the accounting department.

Bernice was preceded in death by her mother, father, sisters, and husband. She is survived by her son Peter Azamar, grand-daughter Natasha Azamar, daughter Tina Azamar, great grand-daughters Tatiana and Breanna Pacheco as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband at the Grapevine Cemetery 908 Spring Creek Dr Grapevine, TX 76051 Tuesday February 25,2025.

Visitation: The family will greet guests from 6 to 8 pm on Friday February 21,2025 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst 1321 Precinct Line Rd Hurst TX 76050.

Funeral Mass: A Mass of Christian Burial at St Johns Apostle Catholic Church at 11:00 am Saturday February 22, 2025 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church 7341 Glenview Dr NRH, TX 76180.
