Beverly Ann Stokley Brewster, age 72, of Granbury, Texas, passed away on March 2nd 2019 surrounded by her husband and three daughters. Beverly was born April 11, 1946 in Fort Worth, Texas to Lester and Frances Stokley. She grew up in Fort Worth and was one of four daughters. She was a lifelong member of the Glenview Baptist Church and loved singing along to Amazing Grace. One of her greatest achievements was graduating from college at 49 years old and fulfilling her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother (aka Gammy), Beverly enjoyed spending time with her great grandkids, sewing, and crafts. She never met a stranger and was loved by anyone who knew her.
Beverly Ann Brewster is preceded in death by her parents, two of her sisters; Jeanne & Cheri, and by a great grandson, Owen. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bobby Neil Brewster, children; Tracy Hunter, Laura Brewster, Rebecca Brewster, Brad & Mari Brewster, Terri & Billy Hampton, and Russell & Jackie Brewster, grandchildren; Heather & James Davis, Bryan Hunter, Darius Pollard, Nicole Stokley, Alana & Jonathan Miller, Tyler & Krysten Hampton, Mark & Ashley Hampton, Kaitlin & Chris McCawley, and Cooper Brewster, great grandchildren; Zaiden, Harper, Layla, Mykealah, Jonathan, Kendall, Brooklyn, Braxton, Hudson, and Rhett, sister, Patricia Stokley Hyden, and by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and loving friends.
A visitation will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home 518 SW Johnson Avenue, Burleson, TX 76028

Beverly’s favorite song was Amazing Grace. When you hear this song always remember the wonderful person she was and know that she is smiling down on all of us; rejoicing in Heaven until we see her again.
