William Robert “Bill” Forer passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 27, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Drs. Bertram and Lucille Forer. He is survived by his wife, Marsha, his two sons Austin and Tyler, one brother Steve Forer, wife Heidi and their two sons Daniel and Scott, his in-laws George and Martha Smith, Marsha’s sister and brother in-law Amy and Jeff Scott and their daughter Ashton and son Brady.
Bill was born in Los Angeles, California on April 15, 1955. He grew up in Hollywood, lived in North Hollywood, Studio City and Van Nuys. He graduated from Hollywood High School, and attended Valley Jr. College. He worked for the Federal Government for over 32 years.
Bill and Marsha met where they both worked. Bill invited Marsha to lunch to learn sign language so he could communicate with others. They have been married for 26 years. Bill’s favorite things were golf, surfing, mountain climbing, and traveling to Palm Springs.
Memorial Service: A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday at Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine.
