Billie was born April 13, 1930 in Marlin, Texas, the daughter of Albert W. and Rosa Lee (Drake) Cochran.

She married William (Red) H. Ford on March 5, 1948 in Weatherford, Texas. He preceded her in death February 4, 2007.

She is survived by one son, Tommy (Joni) of Argyle, Texas; grandchildren, Colleen (Joey) Gillaspy, Patricia Enyart, Alissa (Anthony) Abeyta, Kristi Curtis (Eric) Shell, Raychelle Ford, Brent (Ashley) Curtis, Shane Ford and several Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother (Dwayne) and one son (William).

She was a longtime member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Hurst, Texas. She enjoyed reading, watching Texas Ranger baseball, camping and fishing in Colorado and visiting with her friends and family.

After leaving her home of 59 years in Hurst, Texas, she moved to Rambling Oaks Courtyard in Highland Village, Texas where she quickly made many dear friends and was very happy living there.

A celebration of Billie's life will be at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.. Visitation will start at 1:00 pm. She will be laid to rest following the service in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
