Billie was born in Fort Worth, Texas to parents Bill and Mildred Cummings on May 4, 1959.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years Jimmy Peterson; brother Roger Cummings and wife Lisa; sisters, Margaret and husband Darrell Barrick and Barbara Crowder; nephews, Jimmy Beam and wife Dawn, Lonnie Beam and wife Janette, and Randall Crowder; niece, Michelle Crowder; great-nephew Anthony Beam; sister in law, Malissa and husband Bobby Delashaw; brother-in-laws, Tim Peterson and Tommy Peterson and wife Renee; and many other extended family and friends.
