Billy was born on April 16, 1991 in Haslet, TX to Lloyd & Karen.
Billy’s love and loyalty for his family was unmatched. Because of his passion for automotive technology he had become an outstanding mechanic. He had a love for soccer and played well into his adult life. Billy’s hobbies included soccer, online gaming, and countless hours of making “improvements” on his daily driver. Billy had an outstanding memory and had become known to his family as the walking encyclopedia a useless information.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Odell Harvey; Grandparents, Big Daddy (Evert Odell Harvey), Big Mama (Grace Marie Harvey) and Pap Paw (Adrian Harold Barnard).
Billy is survived by his parents Karen & Bret Barnard; brothers, Steve Harvey & wife Linda, Andre Barnard & wife Liz, Andy Barnard, Dustin Barnard & wife Ashley; grandparents Wayne Hammond, Jean Hammond & Peggy Barnard; bonus brothers Caleb Gleason, Travis Reincke & Kris Olson. 8 nieces & nephews; 8 aunts & uncles and their spouses; 19 cousins and a host of friends.

Services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, December 14, in the Lucas Funeral Home Chapel, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, TX. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 14, at 10:00am at the funeral home. Graveside to follow.
