Billy J. Kuenstler, 90, of Alvarado passed away Monday, January 8, 2018.
Billy was born in San Angelo, Texas February 21, 1927 to Valentine and Romie Ivy Kuenstler. He was a member of Cahill United Methodist Church in Alvarado. Billy served in the Asiatic- Pacific Campaign during WW II. He was a licensed pilot, loved to call and square dance, had a strong passion for photography, and excelled in all sports. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Edwa.
Billy is survived by his wife of 70 years, Aliene of Alvarado; son, Joel and his wife Rhonda of Mansfield; daughter Linda of Alvarado; grandson Jared Kuenstler of California.
Military honors and inurnment at DFW National Cemetery will be held at 1:30 PM Friday, February 2, 2018.
