Bobby Gene Watson

Bobby Gene Watson, 67, passed away November 14, 2016, following a courageous battle against ALS.
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Bob was born on November 13, 1949 to Ruth and Sam Watson. Bob graduated from Amon Carter Riverside High School in 1968 and received an Associate’s Degree from Tarrant County Junior College.
Over the years Bob worked as painter and eventually found a career in electronics working for Boeing Aircraft 20 years and in his last job at Verizon as a technician.
Bob met the love of his live Roxana Rodriquez in Cali Colombia and were married in 1997. They had 19 loving years together and were able to traveled the world on many wonderful trips.
Bob had a great love for animals and owned several horses through his life. He especially loved his dog Blackie.
Survivors: wife, Roxana; brother, Bill Watson; three brother in laws, Roxana’s mother and numerous loving extended family members.
