Bob was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana to Donald and Eloise Willoughby. He lived in Bogalusa until he enlisted in the Air Force in 1961 as an Air Traffic Controller. During his time in the Air Force Bob served in the Vietnam War. After 22 years of serving his country, Bob retired in 1983 with the rank of Master Sergeant at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida. Afterwards Bob decided to start a second career as a Police Officer. He served as an officer for the Bay County Sheriff's Department in Panama City, Florida for 33 years and retired with the rank of Captain.

Bob is preceded in death by his mother Eloise Willoughby Sellers, father Donald Willoughby, daughter Tonia Willoughby, and brother Edward Willoughby.

Bob leaves behind:
Daughter Tasha Gore and Husband Randy, Daughter Jessica Bryant and Husband Donnie, Daughter Kacy Willoughby, and grandchildren Tara Falcon, Brittany Holcomb, Jacob Alston, Alex and Taylor Gore, and Samantha Bryant. Great Grandchildren: Tony and Kaylee Cagle and Montana Falcon.

Services will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:30 am at Dallas - Fort Worth National Cemetery Lane 3, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy. Dallas, TX 75211

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Shriners Hospital for Children.
