Bobbye Jean Gregory

Bobbye Jean Gregory, age 83, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017.

Bobbye Jean was born on February 4, 1934 in Gainesville Texas to Beatrice Haggard Pike & Earl Eugene Pike. The family moved to Ft Worth when Bobbye was in the 3rd grade. She attended Poly Elementary, William James Junior High and Polytechnic High School.
She married Jack Gregory in 1952 and they had 3 sons, Gary, Russell and Kyle. There was much love, laughter and noise in their homes, first on Souder Drive, then Brookview Drive in Hurst. They were active members of First Baptist Church Euless.
Being a Mom brought her the greatest joy! Bobbye was very busy in PTA and loved the many years she spent watching her sons play sports. Even when she was watching 3 different games on 3 different fields!
When her adored older sister Evelyn died at a young age, Bobbye helped raise her niece and nephew Cindy Roberts and Mike Nash. She loved them as her own.
Bobbye worked for Bell Helicopter and Westpark Electronics but her favorite job was in the Children's Ministry Dept at First Euless. She retired after 18 years and treasured her time there.
Bobbye had 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She treasured being their Granny Bobbye and always had a play room in her house. Bobbye dearly loved her family, her Lord and her church.

Survivors: Children, Gary (Lisa), Russell (Michelle), and Kyle (Sunday) Gregory. Grandchildren, Lacie, Nick, Luke, Rochelle, Gavin, Bailey, Maddie, Kylee and Kamree. Great grandchildren, Bryce, Brodi, Miles, Ayla, Reese, Keagan and Kaleb.

Memorial Service: 3:30pm Monday, March 20, 2016 at First Euless 1000 Airport Freeway Euless, TX 76039 (817)267 3313. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jay Blakey, Tom Harvey, James Picha, Paul Gibson, Kyle Cobern and Warren Scoggins
