Brandy Ray Peek

Brandy Ray Peek passed away Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014.

Service: The celebration of Brandy's life will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Hillside Community Church in Keller. Private burial: Kerrville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller.

For 43 years Brandy had battled and won every obstacle thrown at her. Her goal was to bring peace to any conflict that was around her. She had a twinkle in her eyes and a smile that was infectious to those around. You only had to ask one time and she was willing to drop everything and help someone else. Sometimes you didn't have to ask. She was observant enough to know when others needed help and just what they needed.

Brandy's proudest accomplishments were her 18-year-old daughter, Julia, and 20-year marriage to Sean. Whenever either of us walked in the door, Brandy wanted to know how our day went and all the minute details she could pull out of us. Brandy had a heart of gold and wanted to share it with everybody.
