Bruce Eric Hayes of Keller, Texas passed away on March 2, 2018 at home.
He will be remembered for his love of his Lord and his family and his willingness to help everyone.
He was born on November 1, 1954 at the Naval Base in Corona, California to Roland Noah Hayes and Margie M. Wegelin.
Bruce graduated from University of Northern Colorado, served in the USAF for 12 years and then as a pilot for American Airlines. He met his wife while stationed in Okinawa where she was teaching in a school on base.
Bruce is survived by his wife Margaret Hayes of Keller, his sons John and David, and his daughter Mary, and 2 sisters, Suzanne Garau of Portland, OR and Karen Hayes of Fort Collins, CO.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service with visitation to follow will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 10 at Gateway Church NRH, 7501 Davis Blvd. North Richland Hills, TX. Internment will be Tuesday, March 13 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
