Grand Prairie -- Bruce Wayne Phillips, 59, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, in Bedford. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Shady Grove Church, 2404 N Carrier Pkwy., Grand Prairie 75050 with burial following in Bear Creek Cemetery. Memorials: Donations may be sent to PTCI in care of Shady Grove Church. He was born Jan. 10, 1953, in Fort Worth to Robert and Jackie Phillips. Bruce devoted his life to serving Christ all over the world. He was a man whose two passions in life were his family and helping others. He was the founder of PTCI. Survivors: Bruce is survived by his wife, Angela Phillips; sons, Aaron, Nathanael, Matthew, Josiah, Jared; mother, Jackie Miner; stepfather, Bill Miner; three daughters-in-law; six grandchildren; two sisters; and one brother.
