Bryan Keith Andrews, a devoted family man and cherished member of his community, was born on August 27, 1959, in Kankakee, Illinois. He passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, service, and unwavering commitment to his family and friends.

Bryan’s journey was marked by his dedication to serving others. He was an active member of the Keller Lions Club and served as a Charter Organization Representative and Delta Force Patrol Advisor with the Boy Scouts of America, where he mentored countless Scouts and Eagle Scouts. He was known for his warmth and kindness, which were evident in his passion for hosting gatherings and cooking delicious meals for his loved ones. Bryan truly loved people, and his home was a safe space where friends and family gathered to share laughter and joy.

Bryan graduated from Eastridge High School, laying the foundation for his rich and fulfilling life. He was a helper and mentor to everyone who would let him. He had a tenacious spirit, never backing down from a challenge, whether it was a home improvement project or friendly competition in cornhole.

In 1997, Bryan married the love of his life, Leigha Andrews. Together, they built a loving and happy home for their two children, Bryleigh and Bryson Andrews. Bryan’s strength as a husband and father was a testament to his devotion to family. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Leigha, and their beloved children, who will forever carry his spirit in their hearts.

Bryan also leaves behind his step-mother, Lily Dockery; four Sisters and three brothers-in-law, Debra and Anthony Rotella, Kim Andrews, Jaymie Andrews, Jessica Lackey, Dolton Boswell, and Dale Husch; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Gregory Andrews and Noemi Kelley, Michael Andrews, Daniel Andrews, and Dawn McGirr; 33 nieces and nephews; over 40 great nieces and nephews; Aunt Itsy Matthews and Ben Reichert; Aunt Audrey Rivard; and countless cousins.

He is also survived by his Vulpitta family, including his two brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph and Ann Vulpitta and Russell and Tracy Vulpitta; his sister, Linda Gronewold; and their children and grandchildren.

Bryan was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Andrews, his father, Fred Andrews, and his sister, Cheryl Boswell. Although he has left this earthly realm, his spirit continues to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were privileged to know him.

Visitation will be held from 3pm to 6pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas. A graveside service will take place at 10am, Monday, April 14, 2025, at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, Texas.

His legacy of love, mentorship, and camaraderie will live on as those he touched carry forth the lessons he imparted. Bryan will be deeply missed, though his contagious laughter and joy will forever resonate in the many memories created during his remarkable life.
