Carl Edwin Adcock, 87, passed away February 22, 2017.
11:00am Saturday, February 25, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Keller. Private burial at Bourland Cemetery.
Carl was born August 7, 1929 to Joe and Lena (Cummings) Adcock in Canadian, Texas.
He graduated from Texas Tech University earning his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. It was at Texas Tech where he met his loving wife, Buena (Welch) Adcock. They were married in 1956 and spent over 60 happy years together.
Carl was an avid woodworker and gardener, and was known as superman to his grandchildren. To his sons, he was their mentor and always ready and willing to help with any project they had. He will be missed by all.
Wife, Buena; children: three sons, Zach and wife, Sara, Reggie and wife, Lynn, Todd and wife, Marge; Grandchildren: Brent, Audrey and her husband, Thomas, Carl II, Drayson; and great grandson Braxton; and brothers Bobby, Lealon, and sister, Pat Fair.
