Carmen Juarez

Carmen Juarez passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, July 27, 2015 at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, from 3-5 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville.

Carmen Juarez graduated 1964 at incarnate word academy. Married to Raul C Juarez December 1, 1964 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was and still is the love of his life. She loved all her daughters Laura, Melissa, Monika. She also had 11 Grandkids, and 3 Great Grandkids, Corbin Dubose, Alyssa Smith, and Mackenzie Smith. She attended Center Point Church in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Preceded by: her Momma Guabalina Valdez, and her sister Josie Flores, and her brother Louis Valdez.

Daughters: Laura Juarez-Smith with husband Gary Smith, Melissa Juarez-Dando, and Monika Rhea with husband John Rhea
Surviving Siblings: Richard Valdez and Joe Valdez
Grandchildren: Shane Smith, Sean Smith, Stefany Juarez, Shea Smith, Kerstyn Wiggins, Jeremy Wiggins, Jordan Wiggins, Rowdy Rhea, Lane Burt, John Wesley Rhea, Colt Rhea

Many nieces and nephews.

Momma was and still is a great person, she has taught us all to live life to its fullest. She loved her family time with all her daughters and extended family and backyard BBQ, laughing and sharing each other’s daily stories. She always told us “goodbye see ya tomorrow Good Lord Willing!!” She loved cooking for her family every day. She can cook up a storm. We will miss her cooking as well.
