Carol Ann Cardinal

Carol Ann Cardinal, 90, of Watauga passed away April 12, 2024.

Carol was born December 4, 1933 in Amarillo, Texas to Lola Bee (Skipworth) and Harold J. New.
She married Armand Cardinal and enjoyed 49 years of marriage until his passing. Carol loved antiquing, square dancing, games, her family and her beloved pets.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Lola New; brother, Harold New Jr. and her husband Armand Cardinal.

She is survived by her children: Son, Mike Cardinal; daughter, Debbie Walker and husband Jim; son, Rick Cardinal; daughter, Mona Cardinal; daughter, Kristy Latimer; son, Jon Cardinal and wife Elena; and daughter, Anne Jordan and husband Abel; Also 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
