Carol Ann (Kimbell) Easley - (1942 - 2024)
Carol Ann Easley, 81, of Keller, TX, passed away on May 21, 2024.
She was born in New Haven, CT in 1942 to Isham and Virginia Kimbell. She grew up with her siblings in Michigan and Houston. She loved animals and would work odd jobs to save up for a bird, fish and her dog Tammy. Carol attended Bellaire High School in Houston and graduated in 1960 before studying Nursing at Texas Women’s University. She worked as a registered nurse in Houston, raised 3 children and later worked at Texas Instruments.
She demonstrated her faith in God and her love of Jesus on a daily basis in many ways. She had a true servant’s heart. She absolutely adored her grandchildren – she was so proud of them!
Carol was preceded in death by her first husband Gerald Strandtman, her second husband James Easley, her sons Carl and Eric, her father Isham and Mother Virginia. She is survived by her son Brian & wife Yvonne, daughter Cindy & husband Brit, brother Mike & wife Chere, sister Judy & husband John, nephew Isham V, niece Jennifer and 6 grandchildren: Amber, Allen, Hannah, Josh, Hope and Emma Grace.
A memorial service will be held at The Mount Church, 860 Keller Smithfield Rd, Keller, TX, Tuesday May 28 at 6pm. A graveside service for family members only will be held on Tuesday, May 28 at 3:00 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest next to her husband James.
