Carol Robertson Mistry

Carol Robertson Mistry, daughter of Blanche Bentley Robertson and Herman Henry Robertson, passed away peacefully at home on April 21, 2021.
Carol was born on December 8, 1942 in Odessa, Texas and grew up with her two older brothers and younger sister. She was an amazing quilter and loved sewing for her family and friends. She was kind, forgiving, and loving to all that were lucky enough to know her.
Without realizing they had crossed paths for months, Carol met Ray Mistry on a blind date in November 1962 and they were married 13 days later. They went on to have three daughters, Kati, Latitia, and Carolyn. She took pride in raising her girls to know their worth and embrace their strength. Ray describes her as irreplaceable; a wonderful wife and mother that has done everything for him.
Carol is survived by her husband, Ray Rustom Mistry, her daughters Kati Hinds (Phillip), Latitia Rowland (Alex), and Carolyn Rivers (Jim), and her brothers Cecil Robertson and Gary Robertson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Blanche and Herman Robertson, her sister Linda Anderson, and sister-in-law Pedie Robertson.
She cherished morning phone calls with her best friend of 40 plus years, Rita Conard, and enjoyed spending time with her entire family which includes many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Mom, you were loved deeply and will be dearly missed. A celebration service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Lucas Funeral Home at 1321 Precinct Line Rd. in Hurst, Texas.
