Carole Lea Williamson

February 19, 1943 — April 19, 2023

Carole Lea Sudderth Williamson, beloved wife, mom, grandmother, and friend, died after a long
illness on April 19, 2023.

Carole was born in Moclips, Washington on February, 19, 1943 to Edward Sudderth and Lydia
Howell. She married Robert W. Williamson Jr. on November 4, 1960. Carole was preceded in
death by her parents, her sister Linda, and her husband. She is survived by sons Mark (Robin)
Williamson and Rick Williamson, and her grandchildren Ryan (Christin), Cameron, Tori, Haylie,
Beth, and Chloe. She is also survived by her siblings, Cecil and Shirley.

Along with being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, she was an avid animal lover.
She liked all types of animals and lovingly cared for many pets. She was creative and sold her
crafts throughout the Fort Worth area. Carole also liked traveling throughout the western United
States. She loved Elvis and old movies. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a great laugh.

A funeral service is scheduled for 3:00pm on May 7, 2023 at Lucas & Blessing Chapel in
Burleson, Texas. Internment services will be held at DFW National Cemetery on May 22, 2023
(time yet to be determined.) In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer
Society or Meals on Wheels of North Central Texas.
