Carolyn Sue Thompson

Carolyn “Sue” Thompson, age 84, of Euless, passed away on Monday, November 20th, 2023. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend to many.

Born October 30, 1939, in New York, Tx, she was the daughter of the late Joel and Katheryn Dalton.

Sue attended the Grapevine Public school system and graduated High School in 1958. After graduation, she went to work for a short period of time and soon settled on being a stay-at-home mom raising five children. Some of her favorite things she enjoyed were traveling, crafting and playing Keno. Other duties included being the Auxiliary President of American Legion #379 of Bedford, where she gained the respect and admiration of many. Sue, like her late husband, was always caught watching baseball and football games.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Jerl W Thompson (2003). She is survived by her daughter Danette [Mike] Herren of Yakima, Wa, son Joel [Susan] Morgan of Corpus Christi, Tx, son Tim [Judy]Thompson of Nemo, Tx, son Jerry [Lisa] Thompson of Ft Worth, Tx, son Gary Thompson of Euless, Tx. Grandchildren Lindee [Robby] Osborne of Bedford, Tx, Laci [Brett] Mullendore of Enumclaw, Wa. Great grandchildren Chay and Cale Osborne of Bedford, Tx, Morgan, Madi and McKenzie Mullendore of Enumclaw, Wa.
