Charles Lloyd Tate

Charles "Chuck" Tate, age 41, passed away on April 3, 2024 in Haslet, Texas.

Chuck was born on April 14, 1982 and was raised in the bay area of California to parents Lydia A Powell and Jeffrey Stephen Tate. He met his first wife, Stephanie Bruno, in the bay area they had two beautiful children, Caden and Samantha Tate. After he moved to Texas in 2013, he met and married Karyn Tate on December 27, 2022.

Chuck had a huge love of sports, especially baseball and football. His favorite teams were the San Francisco 49er's and the San Francisco Giants. It's also where his two favorite colors came from, orange and black. He also loved to spend his free time traveling with his family, cooking, and playing poker.

Chuck is survived by his wife Karyn Tate, stepdaughter Savannah Flynn; children Samantha and Caden; his first wife, Stephanie Bruno; his step-children from his first marriage, Zack and Ray Bruno; his mother, Lydia Tate; his father, Jeffrey Tate; brothers, Stephen Tate; Jon Tate and his sister-in-law Kayla Tate; aunt, Diane Powell; and cousin, Channing Rose Powell. He will be truly missed by everyone that was close to him and knew him as a friend and loving father and husband, son, and brother.
