Charles Watson, 63, passed away just before midnight on December 31, 2020 in Baylor Hospital, Grapevine. He was given life saving efforts until the end, but was not able to survive. He had suffered heart and medical problems all of his life, including open heart surgery as a baby.
He was born in Odessa, Texas. He worked most of his life as a computer programmer. But the last year of his life he worked at Tom Thumb in Grapevine.
Charles and Kimberly met at the First Baptist Church in San Angelo, and he attended the First Baptist Church I Grapevine. He will be remembered as loving God, his family, and animals. His family is glad they shared good memories of their final Christmas together.
He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Kimberly Laurence Watson, and his daughters, Lauren and Caroline. He is also survived by his two brothers, Larry Lemoine and Perry Lemoine. He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Watson, and his father, Charles Watson.
He and his family have struggled financially, and the struggle will be much greater now. Instead of flowers, anyone wishing to give remembrance of Charles could give to help support the family and this would be greatly appreciated and needed.
