Charlotte was born Oct. 4, 2016, to Jarrod and Jennifer (Hager) Mayes.
Survivors: Parents; sister, Odette Mayes; grandparents, Scott and Judi Chambers and Mike and Hilda Hager and Steve and Vicky Mayes; aunts and uncles Jimmy, Jesse, Katlyn, Brooke, Tara, Wayne, Braedan and Cindy.
