Charlotte Elizabeth Rushing

Charlotte Elizabeth Rushing, 82, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015.
Charlotte was born in Paducah May 22, 1933 to Daniel and Ara Ollie Sandlin. She has been a long time resident of Burleson since 1962. She had a great passion for the arts and music. Charlotte taught numerous family members to play the ukulele and enjoyed playing the guitar and harmonica. Her love for children showed in the toys she made them and the paintings she did.
Services: Visitation will be held Tuesday June 30, 2015 at Lucas and Blessing Funeral Home from 4-6 p.m.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday July 1, 2015 at Burleson Memorial Cemetery at 10 a.m.
Charlotte is proceeded in death by her parents and husband, Bob Rushing.
She is survived by her sister Carolyn Green and husband Pat; son, William Price Rushing and wife Cheryl; son Robert Joe Rushing, Jr. and wife Cindy; daughter MJ Barfield and husband Al; daughter Liz Mitchell; 8 Grandsons, and numerous Great grandchildren.
