Christina Allen Sample

Christina Louise Allen Sample was born on February 8, 1958, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Thomas E Allen and Anne Tuller Allen. Tina gained her wings on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the age of 65, in Roanoke, Texas. Tina was married to Mike Sample on June 8, 2003. Together they enjoyed traveling (and their dogs), most recently the Mediterranean and Alaskan cruises. She rarely missed an opportunity to visit family in Oklahoma, even after breast cancer she so bravely fought for seven years began to take its toll. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Tina spent her career in the medical field as an Office Manager for Care Now.
Tina leaves behind her husband, Mike of the home. Her daughter Jessica Neel, husband JR and grandson Ronan of Longview, Texas. Her son Jon Eric Newstrom and son Trey, of Mineral Wells, Texas. Mike’s son Craig Sample of Dallas, Texas.
Survived by her sisters in Oklahoma, Marie Wright and husband Gary, Patti Fry and husband Wes, Brothers Tom Allen and wife Jeannie, Tim Allen, Sister-in-law Yvonne Allen Fritz. Numerous nieces and nephews.
The angels greeting Tina at heaven’s door are numerous, her parents, her brothers; Michael (Ed), Fred, Robert (Lee), Sam and Kelley, as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins and pets.
If you are so inclined, Tina’s favorite charity was Saint Jude's.
