Christy Enowatz

June 4, 1973 — October 18, 2019

Christine Michelle Ford Drenowatz, age 46, died on Friday, October 18, 2019. Christy was born on June 4, 1973 in Phoenix, Arizona to Gay (Deason) Ford and Truett Kelly Ford. After graduating salutatorian from Richland High School in North Richland Hills, she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and an executive MBA degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Christy was a director and dedicated employee at CVS/Caremark for the past 13 years and previously spent 9 years with American Airlines.

Christy’s daughters Madison and Brooke were the absolute joy of her life, and she loved being their mother. On most days, you could find Christy cheering loudly at either one of Madi’s soccer games or Brooke’s volleyball games. She was a life-long learner who delighted in helping others, traveling, and spending time with her family. She adored both children and animals, and they adored her. Christy was incredibly artistic and a trailblazer in many areas of her life.

Christy is preceded in death by her grandparents Willard Deason and Truett and Mary Ford. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Madison Drenowatz and Brooke Drenowatz; mother and father Gay and Truett Kelly Ford; brothers David Ford, Michael Ford and wife Shelley, Bryan Ford and wife Treasure; grandmother Fern Deason; nephews Chandler Ford, Daniel Ford, Caleb Ford; as well as many other extended family and loving friends.
