Clarice Jo Ann Hatfield

Clarice Jo Ann Stephens Hatfield, 81, of Hurst, Texas passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, in Hurst, Texas of Multiple Myeloma.
She was born on January 11, 1940 in Taylor, Arkansas to Charlie Stephens and Mattie Cleo Allen Stephens. Jo Ann married Otis Edward Hatfield on June 14, 1958 after graduating from Bradley High School in Bradley, Arkansas and attended college at TCJC in Hurst. After school she worked in the Accounts Payable department at Mary Kay Cosmetics in Dallas, Texas. After marriage they moved to Ardmore Oklahoma, lived for two years in Suitland, Maryland, then moved to Hurst, Texas in 1967. Jo Ann enjoyed being outdoors and working in her yard, was a member at North Richland Hills Baptist Church, and enjoyed activities with her bible class.
Jo Ann is survived by son, Brian Edward Hatfield, wife, Barbara, and daughter, Bonny Leanne Sharp Kress, husband, Robert; grandchildren, Jarron Sharp, wife, Abbie, Samantha Sharp, husband, Wes Robbins, Jansen Sharp, Stephen Hatfield, Heather Coffey and husband Chris, Brandon Hatfield, Jonathon Hatfield; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Michael, Nathan, Hannah, Hailey; siblings, Clinton Stephens, wife, Carolyn, Charlene Lowe, husband, Jesse, Clyde Stephens, wife, Gloria, and Carl Stephens, wife, Rose. She is predeceased by her husband, Otis Edward Hatfield, August 19,1996; great-grandchild, Levi Coffey; brothers, Clarence Stephens, and Connie Stephens; and sister-in-law, Evelyn Stephens.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 10:00am at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst, Texas with Pastor Scott Maze officiating. A graveside service will be held on May 8, 2021, at State Line Cemetery, Bradley, Arkansas.
