Cleta Bell (Hill) Mannan, 90 of Burleson, went peacefully to be with the Lord July 8, 2022. Cleta was born to Lilburn Lincoln Hill and Sybil Geneva (McDonald) Hill in Paron, Arkansas on September 10, 1931. Cleta married Frankie Houston Mannan on March 27, 1950. She was a Pastor’s wife for 52 years, a devoted mother to eight children, and later a devoted Meme to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cleta was a lifelong caregiver to her family, a seamstress, an excellent cook, and she enjoyed bowling.
Cleta was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Mannan; sons, Frank Houston Mannan Jr., and John Mannan; daughter, Bonnie Mannan Forray; son-in-law, Jerome Forray; daughters-in-law, Donna Mannan, and Tammy Mannan; grandchildren, Darek Baze and Ericka Mannan; brothers, Sharon, Robert, Harley, Charles, and Jack; and sisters, Inez, Ludell, Carolyn, and Brenda.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory children, Juanita Pound and husband Michael, Jennie Eversole and husband Bruce, Joseph Mannan, Joy Brown and husband Jerry, and Timothy Mannan; grandchildren, Jason, Keith, Kandi, Brian, Allegra, David, Dustin, Summer, Curtis, Pamela, Frankie, Heather, Nathaniel, Derek, Christina, Jeremy, and Shane; 30 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way; brothers, Frank Hill and Gary Hill, sister, Geneva Parks; many nieces and nephews and numerous extended family and friends.
