James “Clifford” McCullough went to meet Jesus on May 18th, 2020.
Clifford was born on February 2nd or 3rd, 1940 (depending on who you ask… long story, but a good one!) to Alfred and Millie McCullough in Pitkin, Louisiana. He was a “jack of all trades” - carpenter, press operator, mechanic, roofer, and Owner of Bill’s Automotive for many years before he retired to be “Pawpaw”. Clifford was married to Carol Ann Tanner McCullough who was his partner in life for over 57 years.
Clifford is survived by his wife, Carol, two daughters, Tammy and Kim, son Jason and wife Tammera, favorite granddaughter, Katelon, favorite grandson, Tanner; special son-in-love, Paul Ramos; bonus grandkids, Ashley, Kristen, Tara, and AJ; bonus great-grandkids, Vaden, Jaxon, Kole, Lexi and Everly; brothers Floyd, Larry and Riley; sisters Betty and Yvonne all of Pitkin, Louisiana; lots of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, and many other bonus family members in his life.
His parents, Mille & Alfred McCullough, and in-laws, JC and Bea Tanner were waiting for him at the pearly gates of Heaven, along with his younger brother Billy Wayne and great-nephew Matthew Sesvold.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 6, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Temple Baptist Church 6824 Randol Mill Road, Fort Worth, TX 76120. Condolences may be left at
