KELLER -- Connie Kay Morgan, 48, of Keller, Texas, was a beloved wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She passed away on Saturday May 18, 2013, surrounded by loved ones.        A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home - 137 East Hill Street, Keller, Texas.        Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to a local SPCA shelter or to the CERN Foundation (Collaborative Ependymoma Research Network) at www.cern-foundation.org Connie was born on October 9, 1964 to Bud and Shirley Shaw. She graduated from Canyon High School in Canyon, Texas in 1983, and later married Phillip Morgan in 1985. She and Phil soon began their careers in the aviation industry, with Connie becoming a Flight Attendant for American Airlines in 1988, a position she proudly held for 24 years and flew international the past 12 years. Her outgoing personality was perfectly suited for her career and she used it to touch many lives and made many lasting friendships. Her energy and zest for life led her to enjoy a variety of hobbies, such as motorcycle riding, traveling, boating, exercising, cooking and entertaining, which she enjoyed with her ever-growing group of friends. Her generous spirit and kind heart drew people to her, and she would do whatever she could for a person in need. She remembered the names of everyone she met, and she truly enjoyed helping others.        She leaves behind her devoted husband, Phillip Morgan of Keller, son Quenton Morgan of Amarillo, parents Bud and Shirley Shaw of Canyon, George and Georgia Morgan of Tulia, her sisters, Sharon McGee of Austin, and Karon Kantor of Canyon and brother Jim Shaw of McDade, sister in law Shirley Morgan of Lubbock, nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews as well as her furry children Gutter and Jersey.        The family would like to thank Faith Presbyterian Hospice for their wonderful care.
