FORT WORTH -- Curtis L. Dearing, 67, passed away at home Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012.
Memorial service: 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Inurnment: 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to Wounded Warriors Project.org in memory of Curtis Dearing.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Evelyn Horton Dearing; and brother, Jerry Melvin Dearing.
Survivors: Wife, Glenda Dearing; son, Brian Dearing and his wife, Jennifer; daughter, Joy Loftis and husband, Ross; stepson, Jeffrey Mills and wife, Cheri; stepdaughter, Charlyn Pafford Wagley and husband, Nick. Curtis was blessed with 10 grandchildren, Lauren and Allison Dearing, Emma and Chase Loftis, Lexi, Sarah and Austin Mills, Madilyn, Maxwell and Matthew Pafford; two stepgrandchildren, Meagan Loftis and Taylor Loftis Williams; brothers, Roy Dearing, Tommilee Dearing and John Horton; sister, Bobbi Jean Dearing; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be missed by all.
